Ten is updated more than once a week, but the downside is that the videos are DRM protected. There is no limit on the number of movies you want to watch or download for as long as you can maintain your membership. Once that’s gone though, you can’t keep any of the vids you’ve already downloaded. Plus for some of the older videos though, they aren’t available in speeds slower than broadband. Your membership on Ten, however, won’t go wasted in the search engine department. Considering how massive their collection is, the site is easy to navigate, and it is even easier to find what you’re looking for. Aside from having a kickass search engine, the site allows its members to save their searches, favorites, reviews and other information. You can download some extras too, like ringtones for your mobile.
Overall, Ten has an awesome (and maybe envious) collection of some of the best hardcore titles around. In terms of value for money, the price tag attached to the services that the site provides is fairly reasonable, considering the size of the collection its members will enjoy. You could almost understand why the videos are DRM protected, but I’d think that they should be allowed to keep at least a few of them for whatever reason.
